Discovery NotesSamantha dug about 2 inches deep. The soil was dark and rich and contained some grass. It was dug up from the area around Galbraith Hall at UC San Diego near a sewer drain.
Naming NotesThe smell of Streptomyces platensis bacteria made our lab group nauseous and slightly delirious, so we named our phage Delirious.
