Discovery NotesI first picked up my phage from soil under mulch at 13 degrees celsius at a latitude of 41.829 and a longitude of -71.402.

I ran the enrichment process on 09/13/13 and was able to isolate my phage after four purification rounds.

1st round: 09/18/13
2nd round: 09/23/13
3rd round: 09/25/13
4th round: 09/30/13
Naming Notes"Lux" is Latin for light. I thought this was a fitting name for my phage not only because it enlightened my days, but also because it can potentially be the light at the end of the tunnel.
