Discovery NotesUnder a tree outside of Dunkin donuts foudn on SUNY Old Westbury Campus, pretty forested area. May have had some compost, was also a moist sample, soft in texture.
Naming NotesI chose to remodel my name as I feel my phage as a part of me, seeing as I discovered it. 445 is just a set of numbers I loved.

Plaque NotesThere were 2 types of phages in my enriched titer sample from where I took my lysate. -One was of a small, smooth, round shape. There were multiple of these small phages. Has a diameter of 0.05mm - 0.1mm -The other phage was a much larger phage, although of the same shape and texture as its smaller counterpart, were very few in quantity. Has a diameter of 0.5 mm.
