Plaque NotesFrom enriched isolation, plaques were clear and circular. They were around 0.2 cm in diameter.

From direct isolation, two plaques were formed. One was clear and the other was turbid. The turbid one formed plaques that were approximately 0.1 cm in diameter.

The final isolated phage that was used came from enriched isolation.
