Discovery NotesThe soil was at the base of an uprooted tree. It was moist but not that wet. The soil was about an inch below the surface. Not that much clay content but still some present.
Naming NotesThe phage throws two different sized plaques, one large and the other micro, but both clear. So the name is my initials with the indication that two different plaques are present.

Plaque NotesThe plaques started out as bulls eye but after purification, the plaques became all clear. Most plates had plaques two different sizes, large and small. However the two plaques were tested and they were a pure population. The plaques on the high titer lysate plates presented as medium/large and clear.
