Broseidon very nearly identical to Tirotheta9 (99% identical) and sabertooth (99% identical) major difference among these three phage is the first gene, in Broseidon there is strong GeneMark CP signal from TB in frame -3, there is no GeneMark CP signal in any frame when using smeg , we have gone ahead and called the negative strand gene from 672->457. This gene matches well with gene call in Tirotheta9, a different positive strand gene was called in this region of Sabertooth. only 79 bases between divergent genes gp33 and gp34. This breaks the minimum 100 bp rule for divergent genes but both genes match both calls in Tirotheta9 and Sabertooth. Also of note is gene 71. Gene size based on GeneMark CP from both smog and TB matrix files. A longer call is possible that matches peaches gp69 1:1 but glimmer/genemark and coding potential all indicate the shorter form with very large gap between gene. We settled on shorter form. no tRNA's found by tRNA scan SE no tRNA's found by ARAGORN
