Turj99 gene 53, called function as primase but this protein has a large ~300 a.a. insert in middle, this part matched HHpred 99.8% to "Endonuclease; PI-PFUI, intein-encoded" so likely intein present in this gene but not sure what evidence is sufficient for this annotation gp 65; 99% identical to phage euphoria gp66. This protein record @ NCBI {YP_009016761} has a "region" (location <18-84) labelled as "dihydroorotate dehydrogenase". This same region is found in Turj99 gp65 however this was not annotated as a "function" mearly a region and was probably added algorithmically by NCBI. As such I suspect it is not an annotation provided in the submission so I also did not add this as a functional annotation. no tRNA's of any type found with tRNA scan SE no tRNA's of any type found with Aragorn
