One gene (formerly known as Xeno_gp35) was deleted that significantly overlaped the "cro repressor protein" gene. It was in the pham 8475 (whose only members are other draft N phages.)

The last gene (Xeno_gp69) is called as a HNH endonuclease.  The HHPRED E-value is not amazing at 3e-3, but this large messy/diverse gene family is comprised of relatively short proteins.  It seems common to find these HNH endonucleases at the end of mycobacteriophage genomes, and perhaps they play an unexpected role in DNA packaging (see Kala, S. et al, PNAS 111(16),6022-6027, 2014)

Other than that we are confident with the annotation.
