Discovery NotesPhage soil sample taken from in front of Fresh Food Cafe dining hall at JHU Homewood campus. Soil was located near a path, and there was evidence of footsteps on it. The soil was black and slightly wet, almost to the texture of clay. The surrounding mini garden had some shrubbery.
Naming NotesAsteria means star in Latin/Greek, but can also refer to the female Titan fo the nightime oracles and the stars.
