Plaque NotesPlaques are observed in two distinct sizes. The majority of plaques have been about 0.3cm in diameter; however, there have also been consistent small plaques, with the same morphology, but are only 0.1cm in diameter. The morphology of the plaques have been consistently "halo" shaped, except for my 10 plate lysate titer which resulted in completely lysed plaques.
