Discovery NotesThis phage was discovered in a small garden area behind the Kissing Rock at Carthage College. The garden was moist and very nutrient rich from freshly placed fertilizer.
Naming NotesWe had named our phage BulbusOculi because it is Latin for "eyeball". We came up with this name because there is a small dot in the middle of our phage, and it looked like an eyeball.
