Plaque NotesAfter 48 hours of incubation at 30ºC, three different sizes of plaques were found, averaging 3mm, 5mm, and 7mm in diameter. These plaques were clear. After an additional 48 hours of incubation at 30ºC, turbid rings were observed around the plaques. The clear centers were the same size as the original plaque sat 48 hours, and with the ring, the plaques averaged 7mm, 9mm, and 12.5mm in diameter.
