Plaque NotesThe plaque morphology size was approximately 0.60cm. The plaques appeared to be lytic during the final purifications and harvestings. The plaques varied slightly. The plaques started off in size around 0.15cm, then gradually increased to 0.40cm and eventually 0.60cm. The plaques varied between lysogenic and lytic, but ended up being lytic. There were usually numerous if not myriad plaques on the agar plates.
