Discovery NotesThe general location the sample was taken from was from a compost pile located in Delisle (the upper section of Pass Christian, MS). The compost pile consisted of food scraps, paper, dead plants, and produce from the garden bed. The soil sample was taken at a depth of 15 centimeters. The approximate temperature was 30º C (86º F) and it was a very sunny, slightly humid day.
