Discovery NotesThis phage was discovered outside of Mark A. Nordenberg Hall on 1/9/17. It came from a flower bed outside of the hall that was covered in snow when it was about 20 degrees Fahrenheit. The soil sample contained soil, dead leaves, and mulch.
Naming NotesThis phage has two different plaque morphologies and sometimes seems to be confused. It reminded me of myself because I am also always confused so I named the phage Dikec, which is my last name.
