Discovery NotesThe original sample that I had taken from Wyman Park did not turn up any plaques from either the direct plating or enrichment plates. So a new sample was taken from nearby the labs - during the middle of torrential rain. The new sample was taken on 09/12/13 and the soil was very moist due to the heavy rain. The temperature was 84°F and very humid.

It was taken from 1cm deep from the top of the soil, this was 15-25ft from the laboratory building at the edge of a sidewalk. Thus the area was populated and sees foot traffic, but is not always tread upon.
