Plaque NotesDot's phage originally came from large lytic plaques, mostly ranging 8mm-9mm. There were some smaller sizes, the smallest being 0.5mm. However, each time I made a plate with Dot's phages, the size ranges always came out the same and the type were lytic, indicating that Dots had the same kind of viruses.
