From enriched soil sample?Yes
Isolation Temperature30°C
GPS Coordinates36.9844 N, 86.4566 E Map
Discovery NotesAfter the isolation, my phage visibly is small and has a large population. It's growth rate is after 24 hours after being incubated at 30 degrees Celsius. It noticeably grows at a faster rate when incubated at 30 degrees Celsius rather than 37 degrees Celsius.
Naming NotesI named my phage after a combination of me and my best friends name.

Annotation StatusNot sequenced
Plaque NotesThe plaques are small and turbid. They can be incubated at thirty degrees Celsius and are found to have a better growth rate. Their growth time was left at a 24 hour incubation time. Noticeable patterns was having a high titer for the beginning plates and as we diluted them, they quickly lost in count.
