Discovery NotesWe decided to take very moist clay from a pond on the Letourneau campus. The temperature was 91 degrees and we dug about 3 inches into the soil to get our sample. The sample was a light brown and was about 8 inches from the water. The top of the soil was warm but 3 inches into the soil was very cool and wet.
Naming NotesWe chose the name "Equalizer" because the virus kills the bacteria so, therefore, it equalizes it and makes that bacteria non-harmful.
