Discovery NotesThe soil was moist, and the weather conditions outside were cloudy and in the high 50s. Within the last 24 hours, the weather conditions were cooler with temperatures in the high 30s at night. I dug approximately 1 inch into the ground, and the soil was transported for approximately 5 minutes before storage.
Naming NotesWhile trying to think of a name, my friends were discussing Phineas Gage, the man who survived an iron rod being driven into his brain. During this discussion, my friend jokingly said "Gineas Phage" as opposed to "Phineas Gage" and the name just stuck.
