Plaque NotesThe "bull's eye" morphology of the plaques is formed as a result of turbid rings forming around lytic/clear centers. Plaque sizes ranged from a 1.25mm diameter at 24 hours, to a 3mm diameter at 48 hours, and a 4mm diameter at 72 and 96 hours of incubation at 32 degrees Celsius.
