Discovery NotesSoil was collected from the south tree grove outside the Baylor Sciences Building. Collection area is a high traffic location with contaminates such as chalk and bird feces. The soil was collected from a depth of about 2 inches.
Naming NotesDespite the fact that my phage resembles that of my lab partners, I have decided to name this phage Hopper because I frequently found lyric phage on my phage buffer control plate.
