Discovery NotesThe sample was a soil sample collected in my backyard. My backyard is where my one and a half year old black lab runs, plays and goes to the bathroom! Urine and fecal matter might be part of this sample!
Naming NotesI named it Josie dirt because my dog's name is Josie and since this is where she runs, plays and uses the restroom (aka where most of her germs are) I decided to give her the credit of naming my phage JosieDirt.
