Discovery NotesCollected on 8/28/17. It was drizzling out, so the soil was moist. The sample was taken from underneath a bench on top of a small slope - indicating foot traffic. The soil was underneath mulch at a depth of 3 cm. Some soil was visible in the sample, because of a nearby sand volleyball court.
Naming NotesThe B stands for bacteriophage. The sample was found under a bench at the Purdue Phi Mu home.
