Discovery NotesThe soil was collected at 7:30 pm while the sun was setting and there was a little bit of a breeze. It was around 60 degrees. The soil was a bit hard and stiff and had a little bit of greens in it. (Transport time was 12 minutes to the fridge. Spent 19 hours in the fridge) The towering cathedral of learning stood in front of the soil with other small flowers (pink and purple) were situated around the soil.

Plaque NotesThe plaques of Katan0530 produced plaques that were on the smaller side. These plaques are well spaced on the plate and are not competing extensively with one another. Furthermore these plaques are clear at least most of them are suggesting that the phage is a virulent one and complete the lytic cycle rather than the lysogenic one.
