Plaque NotesOur adopted phage was found to be capable of producing two different morphologies. On the plaque assays that we conducted both small and larger size phages were found to be present. We were able to rule out that it was two different phages under the discretion of our instructor. Therefore, the phage we had been given was characterized by both small and large size! We decided moving forward to continue picking the "smaller" plaques as it differed more from other groups phages.
