| Discovery Notes | I discovered this phage near the WPU patio, under a tree nearby. When the sample was collected it was very wet, as it had rained the night before and was located under a large tree with minimal exposure to sunlight. The sample was dark in color composed mostly of mulch and organic matter. There was no visible sand in the sample. The sample was collected at the surface of the dirt. The ambient temperature was 29 degrees Celsius. |

| Plaque Notes | Lord Farquuad plaques were produced by plating a serial dilution of phage particles from a spot test on G. terrae in PYCa and incubated the plate for 5 days. This plate is associated with the 10^-5 dilution. The phage consistently produces plaques which are small (approximately 1-2mm in diameter) round and clear. |
