Discovery NotesThe soil sample was located outside of my dorm building in moist soil. The soil is constantly moisturized by water that drips from the pipe that connects to the gutter that line the top of the building. The temperature was in the mid-sixties when I collected the samples and this was mainly because it was the morning time. I dug out soil to a depth of about 5 cm to obtain my sample.

Plaque NotesThere were two plaque sizes that I observed from my enrichment plates. The biggest plaques sizes for diameter ranged from 0.5 cm - 0.7 cm and the smaller plaques were sized from 0.25 cm - 0.4 cm. This variation remained constant throughout the rest of my experiments with this phage. These plaques were extremely clear and absent of turbidity.
