The ambient temperature was 70 degrees with no breeze and partly cloudy skies.

Nearby vegetation included grass and weeds.

The soil was sandy in texture, mostly dry, and it was full of organic matter.

Time of collection was 5:55pm on 9/12/17.

Sample was transported by hand.

Transportation time (from lawn to lab classroom): ~1 minute

Sample was immediately used during Direct Isolation Protocol.
