Discovery NotesFound in a mulch bed in the front yard of my house, which is located on a hill. The soil was dark brown. It had rained shortly before I collected the soil sample, and the soil was a little moist but not muddy. The high temperature for the day was 81 degrees F. I had to dig through a bit of mulch to get to the soil. The soil was collected in a partially shaded area between two shrubs.
