Discovery NotesThe sample was collected in the backyard of my house in Pittsburgh. The specific city within Pittsburgh is Gibsonia. The soil was pretty damp because it had rained the night before, and the soil was dark and pretty soft.
Naming NotesThe naming comes from my favorite tennis player, Rafael Nadal. I have always grown up watching him play, and he was one of my main inspirations to start playing tennis.
