Discovery NotesWe adopted a streak plate from Kate and Zach at our table. They collected the soil sample on January 20th, 2017 at the coordinates 47.014233; o. The temperature according to them was about 39ᵒF and the depth the soil was collected from was 7.62 cm. The sample was damp and near an area that had very little human traffic in a suburban area. The surrounding area had trees and bushes close by.
