Discovery NotesPhage adopted by fellow scientist Kegan Dasher. Soil found just to the right of the Charles L. Cost Sports Center. A few centimeters were dug (just past the mulch). Soil was moist, but not muddy. Organisms present: 3 fat white/purple worms. Color of soil: nearly black. Found at 4:20pm on 9/4/14. Temperature: 78 degrees Fahrenheit. Site exposed to sunlight.
Naming NotesNigel is the name of a fearless conqueror. The ancient prefix of -us suggests that this phage is not only strong, but ancient.
