Discovery NotesCollected from my friend's backyard.
My friend is also my lab partner.
Soil was extracted on September 12, 2016.
Temperature at the time was 20 degrees Celsius
Extracted at 7:14 AM

The site of extraction was next to a concrete slab which is under a palvika plant. The site is also where grease and oil cooking oil would be deposited. The site is a shaded area and was able to stay moist.

The soil extracted was clumped into 3 clumps. It was a dark color and was damp.
Naming NotesNishikigoi is how carp or koi fish is said in Japanese. This name is homage to my own name as well as my significant other's ethnic background.
