Plaque NotesIn lower concentrations, Phrodo's plaques look like clear rings -- vaguely resembling leopard spots-- with a dot of bacterial growth at the center and with halos around them. On average, these plaques are about 3.33 mm in diameter. At higher concentrations, however, Phrodo's plaque morphology changes to be regular turbid spots for plaques. The diameters of these plaques vary greatly, anywhere from barely noticeable to roughly 3 mm.
