Plaque NotesPlaques are clear, a little turbid, with very slight rough edges and measure 0.5-1mm after 24 hours. After 48 hours most plaques have developed a comet like turbidity around them. Including the ring they are now anywhere from 1-6mm in length. The original size of the plaques from 24 hours is usually the same after 48.
