Discovery NotesRoliPoli was discovered on the grounds of the Administrative building at the Illustrious Howard University. Researches dug about 7 cm into the top soil to extrude RoliPoli from the soil.
Naming NotesThe name RoliPoli came from this phage's constant activity. After numerous times of plating and very concentrated dilutions, I was finally able to get plaques from this phage that did not completely lyse the plate.

Lysogeny NotesRoliPoli is a very clear phage which means he is lytic. There is no cloudiness in the plaques that he produces.
