Lysogeny NotesThere was no mesa formation, which suggests that our phage is not temperate in our host bacteria. However, during host range assay, it seemed as though a mesa formed around Streptomyces coelicolor A3(2) but we did not have enough time to make sure that it in fact was a mesa.
