Discovery NotesThe soil was collected in Megan's backyard on 09/04/2017. The soil was collected beneath a pomegranate tree that was fed homemade compost. The soil received sun and shade thought out the day. The soil was collected 6 inches below the ground. The soil was of a sandy consistency. There were some rocks within the soil collected. The soil was semi moist.
Naming NotesThe phage was named after Shaltiel and Erika by combining their middle names. The number 770 has the same gematria as the Hebrew word paratzat which means "you will spread out". So we added that number because we want the information of our phage to spread out in the world and be used for further research.
