Discovery NotesThis virus was isolated at the base of a small tree and some shrubs. Approximately two inches of dirt and leaves were excavated and then the virus containing soil sample was extracted and collected.
Naming NotesThe name comes from the location where I found my virus in the dirt. It was right outside of the school gym called the "Solheim". The gym and the virus are both named in honor of long-time LeTourneau University Board of Trustees member, Mr. John Solheim.
