Discovery NotesThis phage was adopted from Alec Ingros. The sample it was contained in was collected on 8/9/16 at 6:30 PM under a tree near a soccer field. The temperature was 77 degrees Fahrenheit. It contained 8.3% sand, 4.3% silt, and 20.8% clay. The pH of the soil was 5.7. The percentage of the soil with water is 31.4% "The soil was collected 3-4 inches under the top soil, vegetation was present in the sample, it was raining while soil was collected."

The high titer is from mixing two lysates together that had 317 microliters of lysate and 267 microliters of lysate. The EM image and Digest images were collected from lysate with a titer of 4.0*10^7

The DNA gel electrophoresis results were negative; therefore the digest image was not included in this entry.
Naming NotesThe name was from the adoption of the phage.
