Discovery NotesWe collected our soil sample on 14 January 2014 from a flower bed in the grotto by St. Aloysius Church on Gonzaga University campus in Spokane, Washington.
Naming NotesWe named our phage TinyTots because it create VERY tiny plaques. We decided that because the plaques were so tiny that it was a defining characteristic and therefore deserved to be named after such a characteristic.
