Discovery NotesI was working closely with a part to isolate both mine and his phage. He is submitting the phage named "Toki-poo," I believe, and it may actually be the same phage as mine due to one or several of numerous opportunities for cross-contamination.
Naming NotesI named this "Tomatoes" because I took the soil sample from a small ditch where a tomato plant resided several weeks before I took the soil sample.

Plaque NotesPlaques were usually about 5mm in diameter after five days spent in the incubator at 67 degrees Celsius. These would grow larger after about 7 totals days of incubation to around 7mm in diameter and would remain at about 3mm after 2 days of incubation. The turbidity is clear with bulls-eye rings visible after about 5 days of incubation.
