Discovery NotesThe phage was found on September 3, 2013 at 6:44 pm with a temperature of 66°F. The depth of 6.61 cm was when the soil was took. It was found from damp soil under a maple tree in right out side Derby Hall in the North Oval at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
