Discovery NotesDuring the plating process there was a big issue which resulted in the plates becoming liced and having a bacteria issue.Do to this issue I had to completely re-do the plating process and titer series which made me need to syringe out any other sort of extra-bacteria that had contaminated my phage sample. After I did that process my plating was successful and had no further issues so I was able to finish my experiment successfully.
Naming NotesI named my phage after one of my horses I had as a little kid.
