Plaque NotesThe phage produces a halo like effect, especially when incubated for more than 24 hours. The plaques produce a clear inner ring with a gradient from clear to turbid surrounding the inner ring. It also has a density dependent effect, where, in high densities, the plaques will merge together forming clusters with small borders between each plaque.
