One tool which we might consider using as a complement to phamerator is the UCSC genome browser.  Manny has already set up a browser for LRRHood (http://exon.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/h…..=mycLRR)  and I might be able to persuade my colleague Todd Lowe to put up C phage browsers on his microbial genome browser site (for an example, see: http://microbes.ucsc.edu/cgi-b…..;pix=1178).

 

What do people think?
