Fairly straightforward

gp55 of amelie matches (62% identical) gp67 of TM4 which has a functional 
annotation of "glutaredoxin" it also matches (62% identical) to protein in 
phage Validus with annotation "NrdH-like". Not sure which is the currently 
prefered functional annotation


gp73 of amelie matches with 80% identity to protein from phage Validus which 
was annotated with "YcfA-like", not sure 80% identity/86% similarity was 
sufficient to add this annotation to this Amelie protein. 


large overlap 56 bp found for gp6 but this start supported by 3 1:1 alignments
