This phage was annotated in 2014, so it uses the old SD system
and no starterator but does report FS


Note the following gene products that may warrant attention:


gp4 - Made  6-Pyruvoyl-Tetrahydroprotein Synthase (gp4 in Arbiter) NKF

gp6 - Kept FolE-like (gp6 Arbiter)

gp 20- deleted, created 100 bp gap (GM prediction there was reverse)


gp40-   *some students really wanted to code this as the second half of a frameshift based on GM CP for and a slightly noncanonical slippery sequence.  Eliminating the big overlap gives a poor BLAST hit and much worse SD score.  CP for both flanking genes looks strange.

gp 55- bestSd, longest, start doesn't really match anything

gp62-**start at54134 has highest SD and is longer and has ATG start but doesn't provide any gap between fwd and rev transcription and doesn't match in BLAST **

gp65-start disagrees with lots of other phage

gp 72-deleted a gene
