phage is very similar to Peaches. 


gp55 and 56 have very large 185 bp overlap this is a pair of 
primase proteins and this large overlap was also found in 
many phages @ genbank. So this large overlap was also done here.

other overlaps in the range of 14-23 bp all strongly supported by
Blastp alignmnets.
